VIRGIN MOJITO / MOCKTAIL RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
For Sweet & Sour Syrup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Sour lemon juice - 1/2 cup
(You may use this sweet and sour syrup for further recipes also if you store it in a cool dry place)
Main Ingredients
Sweet & sour syrup - 15 ml
Mint leaves - few
Ice cubes - 4 to 5
Lemon slice - 1
Soda
METHOD:
1. First, make the sweet and sour syrup by boiling half cup sugar in a half cup water until sugar dissolves. Let's squeeze half cup lemon juice by squeezing the lemon slices both the sides as shown in the video. Mix the sugar syrup and sour lemon juice in a jar. Your sweet and sour syrup is ready to use in mocktails and cocktails.
2. Let's add 15 ml sweet and sour syrup in a shaker jar. Now add few mint leaves, 4 to 5 ice cubes and shake them well until mint leaves crushed by ice cubes.
3. Now add the whole mixture from shaker jar to a mocktail glass. Add one round lemon slice into it. Let's add soda and some ice cubes over the top if you need. That's it. Your chilled homemade "Virgin Mojito" is ready to refresh your body.
