Ingredients
Full Fat Milk - 2Ltr
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pista - Fistful
Almonds - 7 to 8 (Blanched and Peeled)
Saffron - 7 to 8 Strands
Method
01. Make almonds and pista nuts into small pieces and put it aside.
02. Boil milk in a large bowl on high flame.Once its boiled reduce the flame and let it boil in low flame for about 12-15 minutes, stirring in regular intervals.
03. Now add sugar slowly while stirring it constantly.
04. Now you can observe that the milk is thickened .This can take about 40- 50 minutes
05. Now add cardamom powder and continue stirring.
06. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool .
07. Garnish with the almonds and pista nuts and saffron.
