Ingredients:
- 1 lb of squid, cleaned and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add the milk.
- Dip the squid pieces in the egg mixture, then coat them with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, gently place the coated squid in the pan.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
