BADAM MILK / ALMOND MILK SHAKE
INGREDIENTS:
Milk - 1 cup
Badam mix powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Grated almonds - 1 tsp
Chopped almonds - for garnish
METHOD:
1. Boil one cup milk in a saucepan for about 4 minutes on low flame. Let's add 1 tbsp badam mix powder (available in the market), 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp grated almonds. Mix them well and switch off the flame. Garnish with few chopped almonds.
2. Let it refrigerate for half-an-hour or more and serve it cool.

NOTE: It serves for 1 person and you may adjust the quantity of sugar according to your taste. Some badam drink mix powders comes with added sugar. If not add some more extra sugar as per your taste.
