MILK FRUIT PUNCH / MIXED FRUIT MILK SHAKE
INGREDIENTS:
Apple - Half slice
Banana - 1
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Grated almonds - 1 tsp
METHOD:
1. Add apple slices, banana slices, 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup sugar to a blender. Blend them for 30 seconds.
2. Take it into a glass and garnish with grated almonds and few chopped apple slices. Your healthy milk fruit punch is ready to drink.
