GINGER GARLIC PASTE
INGREDIENTS:
Ginger [chopped] - 3 cups
Garlic [chopped] - 3 cups
METHOD:
1. Add 3 cups peeled garlic cloves and 3 cups chopped ginger pieces into a mixer jar.
2. Grind it to thick paste by adding 2 tbsp of water in the middle. Your flavored ginger garlic paste is ready to use in recipes.
