GARAM MASALA / SPICE POWDER
INGREDIENTS:
Coriander seeds - 1 cup
Cinnamon - 1/4 cup
Cloves - 1/4 cup
Poppy seeds - 1/4 cup
METHOD:
1. Let's add coriander seeds in a saucepan. Add 1/4 cup cinnamon, 1/4 cup cloves, 1/4 cup poppy seeds and let them fry for 2 minutes on medium flame. When you hear splutter sound switch off the flame and let it cool.
2. Now add them to mixer jar and grind it to smooth powder. Use it in your recipes at the end for mouthwatering flavors, spiciness and nice thick color to your recipes.
