Capsicum Rice (Bell Pepper Rice) Recipe
Ingredients:
Coriander Seeds - 2 Tbsp.
Black Gram Daal - 2 Tbsp.
Bengal Gram - 2 Tbsp.
Mustard Seeds - 2 Tbsp.
Cumin Seeds - 2 Tbsp.
Dry Red Chillies - 2 Nos.
Currry Leaves
Roasted Ground Nuts - 3 Tbsp.
Ghee - 3 Tbsp.
Capsicum - 2 Medium Size
Salt to Taste
Boiled Rice - 3 Cups
Method:
1. Dry roast 2 Tbsp. Coriander Seeds, 2 Tbsp. Black Gram Daal, 2 Tbsp. Bengal Gram Daal, 2 Tbsp. Mustard Seeds, 2 Tbsp. Cumin Seeds, 2 Dry Red Chillies, Curry Leaves, 3 Tbsp. Roasted Peanuts, 1 Tsp. Salt for 2 Minutes and make it as a powder in Mixer Grinder.
2. Add 2 Tbsp. Ghee to a pan. Add Capsicum Pieces to it. Saute them until cooked. Add 4 Tsp. of powder (which we made earlier) to it. Add salt to taste and then add 3 Cups Boiled Rice to it. Mix it well. Saute for 1 minute. Garnish with coriander leaves.
That's it. Your Bell Pepper Masala Rice is ready...!
