FRIED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
Boneless Chicken - 250 G
Oil for deep frying
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tsp.
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp.
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tsp.
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp.
Salt to Taste
Egg - 1
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp.
Corn Powder - 3 Tbsp.
Red Food Color
Tomato Sauce - 1 Tbsp.
Chilly Sauce - 1 Tbsp.
Chat Masala
METHOD:
1. Pour oil into a pan. And let it heat on high flame.
2. Add chicken pieces into a bowl. Add 1 Tsp. red chilly powder, 1/2 Tsp. coriander powder, 1 Tsp. ginger garlic paste, 1 Tsp. garam masala, 1 Tsp. salt, 1 Eegg, 1 Tsp. lemon juice, 3 Tbsp. corn powder and a pinch of red food color to it. Mix them well. Reduce the heat to medium flame.
3. Fry the chicken pieces in oil until it gets cooked.
4. Serve with tomato sauce, chilli sauce, chopped onions and coriander leaves.
Note: If you use high flame for this, the chicken piece doesn't cook well inside. So heat the oil in high flame and when comes to fry put it in the medium flame. It's the better way to deep fry.
