A deliciously spicy Chicken liver fry recipe for rice or snacking. Read for a step by step procedure to make the recipe. This recipe is a super spicy dish, all the spiciness comes from the garam masala (available at all indian stores) and from green chillies used. INGREDIENTS
Chicken Liver - 200 grams Oil - 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick - 1 piece
Fennel Seeds - 1 tbsp

Bay Leaf - 1
Garlic - 6 cloves diced
Onions - 1 largeGreen Chillies - 2 cut length wise
Lemon Juice Salt to taste

Coriander leaves
SPICE POWDERS
Turmeric powder - 1 tspCoriander powder - 1 tbspPepper powder - 2 tspCumin Powder - 1 tspGaram masala - 1 tsp
PREPARATION
- Mix all the spice powders in a bowl. Add some water and make it to paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, fennel seeds and sauté for a while.
- Add in chopped onions, green chillies, garlic and sauté it.
- Add salt to taste and mix it well.
- Add spice powders mix to the pan. Mix it with the onions.
- Now add the chicken liver and sauté for 3 mins.
- Add half cup of water and cover the lid.
- Fry for 10 mins till the liver is cooked.
- If it turns dry, garnish with coriander leaves and some lemon juice.
- Serve with rice.
