PINEAPPLE DESSERT
INGREDIENTS:
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup
Raisins - few
Semolina - 2 cups
Pineapple - 2 cups
Water - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 cups
Yellow food color
Cardamom - 3
METHOD:
1. Heat 4 tbsp ghee in a pan on medium flame. Fry 1/4 cup cashew nuts for 1 minute. Now add few raisins and fry them for 20 to 30 seconds. Add 2 cups semolina and fry it until it turns golden brown. Put it aside.
2. Add 2 cups grated pineapple to the pan and cook it until water dried up on medium flame. Put it aside.
3. Boil 2 cups water in the pan on medium flame. Add 2 cups sugar and boil it until sugar crystals completely dissolves in the water. Now add a pinch of yellow food color to it. Add fried semolina. Add fried pineapple. Add 3 crushed cardamoms. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Your special pineapple dessert is ready.
